To make an offer, you should click on the link next to the slip of your choice, fill in the form and submit the information. If you have any problems, please let us know.
Full price offers:
Any full price offer will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis. Each offer is time-stamped by the web sever as it is received.
Offers less than full asking price.
If you offer less than full asking price, the bidding for the slip will remain open for 3 days to allow others to counter bid. After 3 days the highest offer will be presented to the owner of the slip for approval or refusal. The renter will be notifed of the response.
All offers less than full asking price will be presented to the owner in a timely manner by managment. Potential renters will receive a response within 3 days. Note: this 3 days is after the highest offer has been determined.
2013 Rental year runs from May 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014
Boat Length and Width Considerations
Width - Boat width may not exceed slip width.
Length - up to 12 ft longer than the finger pier. Length should be measured bow to stern including all accessories on the boat such as bow sprits, davits+ dinghies, swim platforms, etc.
Transient Dockage
Transient dockage is based on
a 25' minimum boat length
